Founded in 1958, the Healthcare Executives’ Club (HEC) is a leading professional membership association dedicated to advancing the knowledge and leadership skills of its members within the healthcare and human services sectors. The club provides a dynamic forum for executives to share insights, explore contemporary challenges, and refine their skills in healthcare administration and management. A 501(c)(6) nonprofit, the Healthcare Executives’ Club was originally formed by a group of hospital administrators who saw the need for a shared space to exchange experiences, foster professional development, and build connections across the Greater New York City area. Over time, membership expanded to include professionals from a broad spectrum of healthcare and human services roles, reflecting the changing landscape of service delivery. Today, HEC represents leaders from inpatient care, ambulatory services, skilled nursing, home care, social services, behavioral health, and many other essential sectors.
